Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software provided as part of DS Technologies Online subscription or its services in any way without the written permission of DS Technologies Online.
5. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, DS Technologies Online may terminate these Terms if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
6. COPYRIGHT
The Software provided as part of the DS Technologies Online subscription is owned by DS Technologies Online LLC, and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold, to You for use solely subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.
7. LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CLIENT-INITIATED CHANGES IN WORDPRESS ADMIN:
CLIENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS WITHIN THE WORDPRESS ADMIN, AND ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THESE ACTIONS ARE THE CLIENT’S OWN RESPONSIBILITY. DS TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIAGNOSING, RECTIFYING, OR PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR ISSUES CAUSED BY CLIENT-INITIATED CHANGES.
DOMAIN TRANSFER:
IN THE EVENT THAT A CLIENT REQUESTS A DOMAIN TRANSFER, DS TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME EXPERIENCED DURING THE TRANSFER PROCESS OR FOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE TRANSFER. DOMAIN TRANSFERS MAY INVOLVE TECHNICAL PROCESSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, AND CLIENTS ARE ADVISED TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTIONS TO THEIR ONLINE PRESENCE.

BY USING OUR SERVICES, CLIENTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS LIABILITY DISCLAIMER.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DS TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE, OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF DS TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALL LEGAL ISSUE SHOULD BE JUDGED BY THE COURT INDICATED BY DS TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE LLC.
